The PROCESS

Unfortunately there is always a process to things, and process is something we all dread. I must say that when I was pregnant with the twins. The process of having to go nine months with not just one baby, but two baby in my belly was not an easy process. It was by far the most stressful process, but it has taught me a lot.

As time goes by and I am daily talking and striving to acknowledge the Lord in all my ways, one thing he has impressed upon my heart, is that I am to ENJOY the process, that he is doing in me. At first I have to be honest and say, I wasn't too excited with hearing that. But on the other hand I am truly grateful, for the process I am going through in my life. Earlier today, a church sister of mines presented a teaching on (Genesis 25: 19-23), in-regards to Jacob and Esau.

Now I've read this passage before, and never have I looked at it in the way of wherein. Had Jacobs mom, only remembered what God had said in-regards to the old serving the young (v23) Jacob would not have gone through what he went through, had they only endured the process. Jacob would have eventually gotten what was due unto him, but because of trying to by pass the process he endured more than what he needed to.

So it is for me, if I bypass the process before it is completed, I too will bring forth things upon my self that needs not to be. Over the past few years of being pregnant two years in a row and having some other personal matters take place. In the time of my process, I have learned that 1. The process helped to deepen my understanding. 2. It helped to broaden my appreciation and 3. It helped me to mature more. So today I am very very very grateful for my process that I have gone through and the one I am currently going through.

So if your are in a season of process, ENJOY the process. There is a blessing from it all and something also for you to learn. And to stay encouraged, while you're in the process, remember that Christ went through a process to be born, as well as offering Himself up as a sacrifice for our sins. Famers have to go through the process of planting and reaping the harvest so that we can get the produce we need. I have to go through the process of preparing the things I need to make a decent meal for my family, last but not least God went through a process in creating mankind, the earth and universe. The process may not have been as long as our process are now a days, but their was still a process for creation coming about.

Father and sweet holy spirit, help me daily to enjoy the process of things taking place in my life. Help me to embrace the lessons and see the blessings at the end of it all. Bless and also help those who read this blog to endure their process, learn from it and receive the blessing at the end of it all in Jesus name, Amen.
